Welcome to Swanson’s Grub, LLC – a community-focused business dedicated to providing nutritious and delicious meals to those in need, as well as serving up classic Chicago-style favorites and specialized Mediterranean cuisine for the public. Founded and operated by Sidney Earl Swanson and Linda A. Swanson, we have a strong commitment to giving back through our food programs, which serve the homeless and senior citizens in our local communities.

 

WHAT WE DO

 

Swanson’s Grub, LLC is a food service business specializing in preparing and distributing meals to those in need. We operate from two locations: a home-based kitchen at 13 Lower Woods Circle and an on-site service location at 1700 Zebulon, next to the Waffle House at JV’s Corner BP. We also offer delivery services to bring our delicious meals straight to you. Our services are designed to reach those who need it most, including senior citizens and the homeless, by providing meals in partnership with local churches and organizations.

 

In addition to our community outreach, we serve the public with a variety of Chicago-style food, including classic Vienna Beef products such as:

• Chicago-style Hot Dogs

• Vienna Beef Polish Sausages

• Maxwell Street Polish Sausages

• Vienna Chili and Chili Dogs

• Italian Beef Sandwiches

 

We also specialize in Mediterranean cuisine, offering catering services for events, parties, and gatherings. Our Mediterranean dishes are crafted with fresh, vibrant ingredients and traditional flavors to bring a taste of the Mediterranean to any occasion.

 

Our meals are prepared with care, using quality ingredients sourced from trusted distributors, such as Vienna Beef Company, Harpin Foods, and Restaurant Depot. We hold all the necessary permits and certifications to operate safely and efficiently, including a Food Handler’s Certificate and sanitation permits.
